Eve Andersson
Eve Andersson has spent more than 20 years designing software, building engineering teams and leading technology change across banking, consulting, digital agencies and startups. Her work has taken her across Australia, Europe and global organisations, giving her experience in environments where the pace, scale and stakes can be very different.
Today, Eve focuses on AI transformation: helping businesses work out where AI can make a meaningful difference, then making the changes needed to deliver it. Her background as a senior technology leader in a large, regulated organisation has shaped a practical approach to complex delivery, risk and organisational change.
She founded Kaiku to bring that experience directly to businesses ready to rethink how they operate. Eve works with leadership teams to examine the work itself: where decisions get held up, where people spend time moving information between systems, and where a better process could create room to grow. From there, she helps design and deliver solutions that fit the business and the people using them.
Her leadership philosophy is simple: Technology doesn’t transform businesses. People do.
AI can change what a team is capable of, but lasting results depend on people understanding the change and having the confidence to work differently. That’s why Kaiku’s work covers leadership, process design and adoption alongside the technology.
Whether a business is starting with one valuable opportunity or redesigning an entire area of its operations, Eve stays focused on the same thing: making the change work in practice and showing what it delivers.
The meaning behind Kaiku
The name Kaiku comes from the Finnish word for "echo."
An echo doesn't create something new. It takes an action and amplifies it, carrying it further than it could have gone on its own.
That's the philosophy behind Kaiku.
AI shouldn't replace people. It should amplify them. It should extend the reach of every employee, strengthen every workflow and help every business achieve more than would otherwise be possible.
The name also reflects another idea that's central to Kaiku's mission: every improvement creates momentum. A single automation leads to better processes. Better processes lead to better decisions. Better decisions create better businesses. Like an echo, each improvement carries forward, growing stronger over time.
