Eve Andersson
Eve Andersson is an AI transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience designing, building and leading technology solutions across enterprise organisations, consulting, digital agencies and startups.
Throughout her career, she's worked with organisations across Australia, Europe and globally, leading engineering teams and designing complex software systems. Today, she specialises in AI transformation, helping organisations rethink the way they operate by embedding intelligence into their workflows, systems and operating models.
As a senior technology leader at one of Australia's largest financial institutions, Eve has led major transformation initiatives spanning engineering, operations, organisational design and AI adoption. Her work focuses not just on implementing AI, but on redesigning how work gets done, helping organisations become faster, more capable and better prepared for the future.
Kaiku was founded with a simple ambition: to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI transformation. The meaning behind Kaiku
The name Kaiku comes from the Finnish word for "echo."
An echo doesn't create something new. It takes an action and amplifies it, carrying it further than it could have gone on its own.
That's the philosophy behind Kaiku.
